Aliviz Warranty Policy and Service

1. Foreword

Aliviz values our customers greatly and will do everything possible to ensure the quality of the product and assurance for the customers. Conversely, due to unforeseen circumstances, if a problem do arise, Aliviz will be responsible to ensure the satisfaction of the customers with our warranty policy as stated below.

 

2. Warranty Policy

Aliviz new warranty policy will be effective from Sep1st 2005. Our warranty policy will only be applied to customers who have purchased products directly from Aliviz. The policy does not apply to customers who has purchased Aliviz's product thru an installers or a distributors. Subject to the foregoing, customers who has purchased from the aforementioned will responsible to contact them to have Aliviz's product repaired or replaced.  

2.1 Aliviz will be responsible for delivery charges and cost of substandard product if purchase within 30 days of the arriving date to customer. Subject to the foregoing, Aliviz will replace any substandard products if complies with section 4. 

2.2 Aliviz will only be responsible for the repair charges and returning shipping charges of product with the customer if product being repaired is between 2 and 12 month and if complies with section 4. 

2.3 Aliviz will not be responsible for any charges if purchased after 18 month.

2.3.1 All of products have its after-service for life and will just charges the cost of repair if purchased after 12 month and if complies with section 4.

 

3. Return Material Authorization (RMA)

4. Warranty  Limitations

Aliviz’s liabilities limited to the customer’s knowledge and care of the product. Aliviz will only be responsible for section 2, if only that, it does not conflict with the following; 

4.1 If during technical inspection, alterations or tempering of the electrical equipment was detected. 

4.2 Customers lack of knowledge of the product in which the product does not function the way the customer expects. 

4.3 If during technical inspection, damage was intentionally caused by the customer. 

4.4 If during technical inspection, the product’s barcode is missing.

 

5. Aliviz Payment Terms

T/T in advance

 

6. Aliviz Work Time

Monday ---- Friday  9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M

 

7. Aliviz Delivery Time  

Sample Order: Within 3 work day upon received payment copy of T/T

Large Order: Within 2 weeks day upon received payment copy of T/T

OEM or ODM Order: Within 2 weeks for trial order after sample confirmed upon received payment copy of T/T and Within 3 week for continuous order upon received payment copy of T/T.
